Mike brings almost forty years of IT experience to the AGIA team including over ten years in the financial services sector. Previous experience supporting call center operations in strong customer service focused environments gives AGIA the opportunity to leverage state-of-the-art technology and industry best practices. Mike is equally as comfortable in the board room as the computer room, providing the unique ability to contribute to both business strategy and operational performance.
